About us
Chapar Commercial Institute is a voluntary organization established in the year 1981-82 with a view to provide selfless services to the people of this society for their all-round Socio-economic development irrespective of caste, creed, religion & sex. And registered Under Society Registration Act and working in the rural and urban area of Dhubri district of Assam. The organization works at the grassroots level in village/hamlets for social, cultural , economic, technological, and environmental development of rural and urban all Communities of the region. It visualizes itself as an agency dedicated to enabling the Marginalized rural and urban slum communities comprising poor women, peasants,landless and unemployed youth to develop and improve the resource base in their own natural environment and to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills which can be used to improve their quality of life. The organization has adopted the concept of Community Development in terms Organization, Social Mobilization, Sanitation, Education, and Rural Development Management based on local needs, resources, Capacity, skills Development Training , vocational training, Livelihood Training and cultural.
Chapar Commercial Institute visualizes a society in which peace, justice and equality Prevail and wherein all citizens irrespective of caste, creed and language and religion live I In peace and communal harmony. CCI also envisages a society where the poor, the marginalized and the under privileged have equal opportunity for their involvement in the development process which is value based and sustainable and also have appropriate environment to develop their fullest potential.

To strive for a peaceful, contended, prosperous, educated, happy and healthy community with prevalence of cultural, communal, linguistic and racial amity, friendship and brotherhood having but renewed emphasis on the protection and presentation of the environment and to propagate the value and real cultural of democracy as the only viable choice of the people in general or particular.
