VOCATIONAL TRAINING
The institution is doing effort to make the Vocational training, in this concern the institution has organized 3 month Beauty parlor ,Electrician, Hand embroidery, water Hay chin ,Cutting Tailoring, Carpenter,Computer,Retail, handicraft training programme at Dhubri,Bongaigain,Borpeta office, in this programme the participant got trained in Vocational Sector150 and making handcraft items, 180 be participants women took training of Jari Work, Wooden Work, Pot Making, Carpet weaving, Wall Hanging, Toys Making, Furniture Making etc.
STATE COUNCIL OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING ( SCVT)
Chapar Commercial Institute run the project has been running one year SCVT course under the Director of Employment and Craftsmen Training, Assam. SEWING & TECHNOLOGY, MACHINE EMBROIDARY, STENOGRAPHY, CARPENTER & COPA ( COMPUTER). 60 Nos Students Admission This Year in Various Trade, all the students Successfully SCVT Examination.
SELF HELF GROUP FORMATION
The organization has been extending its help and cooperation normally in development of women in society. During this year it has formed 10 nos. of self helf group among society. Newly formed groups were trained up to open Bank Accountant to transept their minimum contribution among them in a minimum rate of interest. Besides this. They were encouraged to take some productive activity as per priority in their locality and take to and from Bank or SIRD, Assam for their further development. A satisfactory number of self helf group formed till this year are become able to got sanction of their loan from local Bank SIRD, Assam and other resources as applicable. The organization has planned to help the help group from the source of NBARD, unit and processed its official activities accordingly.
GROUP FARMING ON VAGETABLE PRODUCTION
The Chapar Commercial Institute, Chapar has been conducting three nos. of Group Farming Unit at Khorida Gossai Gaon, Mowatary and Palpara during the year to produce vegetable product with the support and cooperation of the local unemployed youths of each locality. At least 120 nos. of general members of this organization engaged then selves to conduct these programme and become able to earn large money from the vegetable and Varmicompost productivity grown from the group farming units. Various types of seasonal vegetables were produced in that item and marketed in the local markets and urban markets of the district. It is seen as successful programme of the organization and the local youths are also encouraged by it for their group earning in respect of their self rehabilitation. This programme is become popular day by day among the society and the organization also earned a lot of miner from this source.
AWARNESS PROGRAMME
The Chapar Commercial Institute, Chapar has been organized a numbers of awareness generation programme among society to give awareness on various Economic. Social and environmental issues related to development of society. Total 10 nos. of such programmed are organized during this year in various place of jurisdiction in which topics like sanitation. Prohibition of Drugs wastage of /material, Health and Hygiene, Forestation. Pure drinking water, malaria and Diaria, AIDs & STDS Natural Climates, protection and preservation of rare birds and animal, step to be taken in time of flood and deceases. Earthquake etc. wear discussed. On utilization of such opportunity the society got scope to standardize their normal statues in common people in their living hood. This programmed focused the social status of the organization among society in a great extent.
CULTURAL PROGRAMMES
The organization has organized different kinds of cultural programmes since 2012.Sometimes National & North-Eastern level programme are observed by the organization. Essay, Dance, Music, Art, Quiz and Drama competitions are organized on the event of our state Festival 'Bihu' and other occasions. Organized cultural programmes in both rural and urban areas irrespective of caste, creed, sex, religion & color. GYM Fitness Centre
The organization is running a GYM Center for Special able Students in Dhubri district of Assam with the financial CCI to maintain good health for students with special needs. The center provides mental and physical health rehabilitation programs to students with special needs through experienced Dietician doctors and GYM Fitness Trainer. This year, 280 students benefited from the CCI GYM Centre. during the year
HEALTH CHECK UP CAMP
The Chapar Commercial Institute, Chapar organized a number of health check up camp during the year in his jurisdiction under the help and guidance of Sub-Division health authority Bilasipara. This camp was specially organized on various occasions in observance of Divash and Days like Children, World Disable Day, and Independent Day etc. People were checked up during the camp and medicine was distributed as per need. Special emphases wrer giving to women and Children duringthis camp. Total 10 Nos. Of such camp were organized by the organization this year in where no Medicine facility is available from the healt Deptt. Of Assam. During camp people wer also alerted to Aware of Adis & STDS and they are urged to report the nearest heath unite as they have identified such cases in their locality.
FASHION DESIGNIG
The organization has been running a readymade making cutting training coproduction centre and 100 Nos. women & girls are taking training on Tailoring, Cutting & Knitting, Embroidery, fabric design etc. Some of them are earning through this trade and thereby developing their socio-economic condition and growing request of the women &girls coming from the various areas for further training. We proposed to extend its service for the greater benefits of the educated poor women and girls of the societies.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR MINORITY WOMEN
The organization has implemented the Leadership Development Training Programme for Minority Women in different places of Dhubri District from organization own sources since 2014. Through this training programme covering the topics on Common Childhood Illness, Family Planning For Thalassemia , Government Mechanism, Health & Hygiene, Home Management, Public Distribution System, Waste Water Management, Nutrition, Life Skill Development, Issues related to Women & Girls, Welfare Scheme for Minority Women etc which will help to develop their leadership in the society and also help to build the enation and on the same issues publish a handbook for the Trainers & Trainees of the programme.
FOOD PROCESSING UNIT
The food processing sector is highly fragmented industry in India, it widely comprises of the following sub-segments: fruits and vegetables, milk and milk and Bakery products, beer and alcoholic beverages, meat and poultry, marine products, grain processing, packaged or convenience food and packaged drinks. The organization is running a Food Processing Training-cum-Production Unit at Chapar, Dhubri from its own sources. During this year 90 beneficiaries have been imparted training from the organization on various processed items like fruit pulps and juices, fruit based ready-to-serve beverages canned fruits and vegetables, jams, squashes, pickles, chutneys and dehydrated vegetables and Bakery Products . The organization has been collected a small income by selling of the products from the unit.
SPORTS PROGRAMME
The organization has organized sports activity in Chapar, Dhubri, during the year to provide scope to the sports persons and students, so that, and they can develop their attitude in the sector. Sports goods are provided from organization sources and the brilliant sports persons are given scope to participate in State/ National
CAPACITY BUILDING OF THE STAFF OF THE ORGANIZATION
For effective growth of any organization, staff development plays a vital role, which makes the staffs efficient and active in his/her duty to know about various issues. To get enough exposure and develop the standard of working in an NGO, the organization deputed its staff to attend various training programme. During this year staff/ functionaries/ members of the organization have got the opportunity to attend various training programme
HANDLOOM WEAVING TRAINING CENTRE
The organization has established a handloom weaving training-cum- production centre at Boitamari, Bongaigaon, Assam from its own sources covering 60 beneficiaries. The centre is successfully running this programme with growing request from the women weavers and the organization has proposed to extend its services for covering more weavers
CABA-MDTP COMPUTER TRAINING PROGRAMME
With a view to train up educated poor unemployed youths and help them to get employment in CABA-MDTP Computer sectors, the organization has been conducting another job oriented one Year training in computer application at Chapar, Dhubri, Assam since its inception. Every year, we are providing training of computer education to 80Students.
TERRACOTTA TRAINING CENTRE
The organization has established a terra cotta training-cum –production centre at Mowatari, Dhubri, Assam from its own sources covering 120 nos. beneficiaries. Chapar Commercial Institute Conducted Two Job Role 1.Beauty Skin and Hair 30 and Jute Craft.30 SHG members Completed the MEDP Training Under the Chapar Boitamari Block Dist.of Bongaigaon 2023-24 . Jute Products solid items & very demanded in the market. So, we want to train each unemployed person in our district and help him/her to get employed to himself/herself with sustainable income generating activities .
Livelihood and Enterprise Development Programme (LEDP )Of NABARD-
Chapar Commercial Institute Conducted Job Role Cake Making and Decoration 90 SHG members Ongoing the LEDP Training Under the Chapar SalKocha Block Dist.Dhubri Till Date on.16 August 2024.
All the SHG beneficiary after taking the training given by NABARD in (LEDP)Cake making and decoration training, are making their own cakes at home, making any cake like birthday cake, celebration cake and selling it with home every month. Earning a good amount from Rs Four to Five Thousand Rupees. Currently, all SHG beneficiaries have taken Cake making and decoration training. After completion of the exposure Visit, 61 out of 90 SHG beneficiary are getting income ranging from four to five thousand rupees. At the next level, after taking this complete training, only 90 beneficiary out of 90 are earning monthly income of Rs ten to Rs fifteen thousand from this, you can increase your earning by opening your own enterprise. Chapar Commercial Institute will attract all the SHG beneficiary to know how by getting training in (LEDP) Cake making and decoration, they can double their income by opening their own enterprise or taking a bank loan.
CHILD WELFARE/ DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
The launched non formal education in the month of December’2024 at Chapar, Dhubri District, Assam under the programme girls and boys were addressed on the issues affecting access and quality of education. The vital thrust of this programme was active participation of community and children in the target are.

Organized a Skill Development Training programme on STT on Self Employed Tailor and Make-Up Artist number of 120 Students Year of 2023-2024 at Chapar in association with our Institute “Chapar Commercial Institute” during 3rd March 2024 to 17th August 2024
NATIONAL CHILDREN DAY
The organization has organized National Children Day at Chapar, Dhubri on 14/11/2024. A Few Nos. of designated officers and noted social workers attended the meeting and delivered their valuable speech on child rights and protection. Organized games, cultural programme and free medical camp on the occasion. More than 200 children & their parents were attending in the meet.
